Approach
Using strategies rooted in prinicipled negotiation, both parties are treated equally and neutrally by the mediator. I seek to find shared interests and allow parties to come to a consensus that they can live with so they leave with a resolution.
Rates
The cost of the mediation is charged at the rate of $175/hour and split equally between both parties. Certain mediations qualify for pro-bono services so please mention this in your consultation if the rate is an issue for you or your organization.

Stephanie Cimmino
Stephanie Cimmino is a certified mediator in the state of Alaska, serving the Ketchikan area for in-person mediation and handling virtual mediations across the state of Alaska. Stephanie has studied under David Seibel and Dan Green through the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in the Mediation & Conflict Management seminar.
Stephanie currently works in the field of grant management and human resources for a social services nonprofit. She practices confict management daily, thus qualifying her as a subject matter expert on negotiation and consensus building. Through this applied knowledge she is able to offer consulting services around those areas. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's of Arts in the Social Sciences with a Sociology major and concentrations in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Alaska Southeast. She is currently working on her Master's in Public Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast.
